Braden Eric Peters, the 20-year-old viral sensation known as Clavicular, is facing criminal charges after an alleged alligator shooting went live on stream. The incident unfolded on March 26 in the Everglades Wildlife Management Area west of Miami, and it’s about to derail his entire empire.

Peters and two other men were charged on March 29 with unlawfully discharging a firearm at the Florida wildlife sanctuary. The charges stem from a livestream video that appeared to show multiple gunshots fired into swamp water from an airboat, allegedly targeting an alligator.

Within hours of the broadcast, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announced it was investigating a video of individuals “discharging at an alligator” from an airboat in the Everglades. Court documents don’t clarify whether the animal was actually harmed.

Under Florida law, illegally discharging a firearm in public carries up to one year in prison and a $1,000 fine. But Peters’ legal team claims he was “following the instructions of a licensed airboat guide” and insists “no animals or people were harmed.”

This arrest is just the latest catastrophe for Peters. In March, he was also charged with battery after allegedly instigating a fight between two women on social media, then streaming the footage for clout. YouTube subsequently blocked two of his channels. Days later, he collapsed at a Miami nightclub during another livestream and needed hospitalization.

Peters built his massive following pushing extreme “looksmaxxing”-a self-optimization trend where he documents his quest to maximize physical attractiveness at any cost. His content shows him injecting steroids, taking testosterone, and literally hitting his own face with a hammer. The guy has millions of followers across TikTok, Instagram, and Kick.

Medical experts have repeatedly warned that extreme looksmaxxing causes genuine physical damage and lacks any scientific backing. Peters’ version-what he calls “hardmaxxing”-is particularly dangerous.

With federal charges, battery accusations, and hospital visits piling up, the looksmaxxing influencer’s carefully sculpted image is finally cracking.
